I’m Nadine – a creative and dynamic person, attorney, and proud mom of two energetic boys. My journey combines law, digital innovation, and a passion for lifelong learning. As an Attorney at Law and former Head of Knowledge Management at Walder Wyss, I have extensive experience in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. My career has spanned roles in contract and business law, live entertainment, arbitration, and compliance in the gambling industry.

After completing a CAS in Management at the Executive School of Management at University of St. Gallen, I am now pursuing a variety of personal and professional goals. In 2024, I founded Zyxo AG as a platform for investments and new ventures. Zyxo AG represents my long-held dream of owning my own business.  Currently, I am guiding and mentoring my two sons in founding and managing Reflektorwelt.com, a newly founded online shop focusing on making children and teenagers more visible and safer in traffic with affordable reflective products.
